HP ESL-E Collectlog procedure Start with the library turned off 1. Connect laptop to serial port on cabinet 
controller chassis 2. start hyperterm 9600-8-none-1- None 3. start logging on hyperterm 4. turn on library and serial trace of the turnon process will be logged. 5. after library has come to prompt on serial port login <service> password <ATLfse> 6. become root by typing su - <enter> password <ATLeng> 7. type “find / -name *log* -print to find HW path 8. type “collectlogs” <enter> 9. type collectrclog <enter> 10.Logout
